Prints are sent by standard snail mail without tracking to keep membership costs low.
Orders ship during the last week of each month (typically the 22nd–26th).
Join by the 20th to receive that month's print. Signups after the 20th will receive the following month's print as their first shipment.
If you join between the 21st–26th, you may be billed before your first print ships, but each payment always corresponds to a different monthly print.

Print Club FAQ

Tracking

Print Club orders are mailed with standard postage to keep membership affordable. So, unfortunately, there is no tracking on print club orders.

Shipment Date / Wait Time

For international orders, please allow 7–30 days for delivery.

If your print hasn't arrived, please wait up to 60 days from the shipping date, as international mail can sometimes be delayed. If it still doesn't arrive after that, I'll happily send you a replacement so you don't miss out on your Print Club mail.

Sign-Up Period

Sign up by the 20th to receive that month's print. If you join after the 20th, your first print will be next month's edition.

Privacy Policy

Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

Change Address / Email / Billing

You can edit your address, email, and billing details using this link.

Payment Overlap

If you join between the 21st–26th, your first payment may be processed before your first print ships. Each payment corresponds to a different monthly print.

Catch Up on Previous Prints

Missed a month? You can pick up previous prints on the Catch Up Prints page. These ship at the end of the month alongside regular Print Club orders, but in a separate envelope, so they may arrive a few days apart.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so Linh is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
